Welcome to Beres Vale Apartments. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for staying at and using the services provided by Beres Vale Apartments. By making a reservation, checking in, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms.
Beres Vale Apartments (“Beres Vale,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers short-term apartment accommodations in Castara, Tobago. These Terms apply to all bookings made directly with us or through approved online platforms.
Guests are encouraged to review these Terms carefully prior to booking. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Guests must provide their full address and a valid phone number when making a reservation.
Guests under 18 years can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
All special requests (such as late check-out or specific room preferences) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, WiPay, PayPal, and Cash.
Payment requirements (deposit, balance due, etc.) will be stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that is not secured by payment or valid credit details.
Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
Check-out time: until 11:00 AM
A USD 20 fee (for a maximum of 2 hours) applies for late check-outs, subject to availability. This must be requested by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID upon check-in.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time using the “Special Requests” box when booking, or by contacting us directly.
7 Days Prior to Arrival:
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged the total price of the reservation.
5 Days Prior to Arrival:
Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will incur a charge for two nights.
No-shows will be charged the total price of the reservation.
2 Days Prior to Arrival:
Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
A damage deposit of USD 100 per room is required at check-in.
This can be paid via cash or card.
The deposit will be refunded within at least 3 days after check-out, following a property inspection.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or card, provided no damage is found.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the apartment, furnishings, or facilities during their stay.
Internet:
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property.
Parking:
Free on-site parking is available; no reservation is required.
Airport/Ferry Pick-Up and Drop-Off:
Transportation services are available at an additional cost. Please contact us in advance for details and scheduling.
Interlocking Rooms:
Interconnecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability.
To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests:
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
Parties or events are not allowed on the property.
Quiet hours are between 10:30 PM and 6:00 AM.
Guests must comply with all property and safety instructions from staff.
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Beres Vale Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Guests use the property, facilities, and parking area at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence.
All personal data collected is used solely for reservation, communication, and legal purposes.
We comply with the Data Protection Act of Trinidad and Tobago and ensure your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
Beres Vale Apartments shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or government restrictions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
